Thrilled to finally share my Halloween Do It Yourself Ideas. I hope you like the pictures and find my suggestions easy and something you can use at your Itzy Ritzy Spider celebration.
For this set up, I wanted to keep it simple and sweet. My very creative friend, Nancy from Viva Verde asked if I would create a custom Itzy Ritzy collection for her Halloween gathering. Of course I agreed and loved the idea of this adorable theme. Gabriella my sweet baby girl loves the Itsy Bitsy Spider song, it's her favorite, she lights up and claps and dances as soon as she hears me singing it. This year I will have a small Halloween Itzy Ritzy Spider party for the girls and their cousins and this is pretty much what we will do. Here is the adorable invitation available in the shop as a fill in style with the digital collection. Email me if you would like the invite customized for your event as seen below.
These yummy Mango smoothie shots were simple and easy. First I purchased the small shot glasses from Party City, then I decorated the rim with orange sugar and lastly I bought a yummy Mango smoothie from McDonalds and served with the striped straws. If you prefer to buy a mixture and blend yourself at home, you can also do that. I am always so pressed with time and although I really am a picky eater, these smoothies are delicious and worked great. I decorated the straws with tiny flags which you can find in the Itzy Ritzy collection. It's a quick, easy and healthy treat for the kids.
The adorable Spider Studs below are filled with Hershey's kisses but you can pretty much put anything inside them. I love these ritzy tuxedo treat bags and thought they made the perfect gift favor for all the spider studs…. Best of all, these little guys are from the Dollar Tree, twelve for $1.00…..EEK! I know, what a great deal!
Next treat was delicious and refreshing and so easy to create. The best part is you can make it ahead of time. To make these jello, fruit treats, here is what you will need.
*Pineapple Jello
*Mandarin slices in a jar
*Tiny marshmallows
*Whipped topping
Sabrina helped me prepare the jello and pour it into the tiny Pier One Import cups, we let the jello set in the refrigerator and the next day we topped the jello treats with mandarin slices and marshmallows, lastly we added the whipped topping. DELICIOUS! easy, fun and affordable, my kind of treat.
I do apologize for this picture, it's so blurry but it's the only one I took. These small containers were filled with orange jelly beans and made the perfect trick or treat sweet. Of course, I needed to have some candy so I stopped by my favorite candy store, Sweeties and picked up these yummy orange jelly beans and the gumballs which I created my centerpiece with. (see up top and down below)
The entire Itzy Ritzy collection is in the shop for sale.
Also super excited to announce that in addition to the digital collection and due to popular demand I have added the Itzy Ritzy web, rosettes and spider for sale in the shop as well. At the moment it is for local customers and pick up but I am working on adding shipping on this. Please leave me a message if you are interested but are not local.
I hope you enjoyed my ideas and will use them in your next spooktacular celebration. Wishing you a wonderful Happy Halloween…….
XOXO,
Andrea
